Event Description

The trial has now been moved to an indefinite date, another hearing shall be on June 25, 2010. We should know if that will give us a trial date that afternoon. Once we get an actual trial date, I hope friends and loved ones can make it. Remember that the 1st day or more will be spent in jury selection. It is a 4 day trial schedule, and in California the 3rd Wednesday of each month the court is closed. Hope you can all make it.
